01Article 1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of the influencer account trading platform (the 'Service') provided by INFLUX (the 'Company'). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
02Article 2. Definitions
① 'Service' refers to the influencer account trading platform provided by the Company. ② 'User' refers to any member or non-member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms. ③ 'Member' refers to a person who has registered for the Service and has been assigned a user ID. ④ 'Seller' refers to a member who wishes to sell an influencer account through the Service. ⑤ 'Buyer' refers to a member who wishes to purchase an influencer account through the Service.
03Article 3. Description of Services
The Company provides the following services: ① Browsing and searching influencer account information ② Brokerage of influencer account transactions ③ Escrow payment services ④ Account verification services ⑤ Transaction dispute mediation services ⑥ Other related services as determined by the Company
04Article 4. Membership Registration
① Users may apply for membership according to the procedures established by the Company, and membership is granted upon approval by the Company. ② The Company may refuse or restrict membership in the following cases: a. If false information is provided b. If another person's identity is used c. If the user has previously lost membership status d. If the user does not meet other criteria set by the Company
05Article 5. User Obligations
Users must not engage in the following activities: ① Registration of false information ② Theft of others' information ③ Unauthorized modification of information provided by the Company ④ Posting or transmission of prohibited information ⑤ Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties ⑥ Defamation of the Company or third parties ⑦ Posting obscene or violent content ⑧ Other activities that violate relevant laws or these Terms
06Article 6. Transaction Regulations
① The Company mediates transactions between buyers and sellers and is not a party to the transaction. ② All transactions are conducted through an escrow system, and payment is held by the Company until the account transfer is complete. ③ Payment is released to the seller after confirmation of account transfer completion. ④ The Company may charge a transaction fee, and the fee rate will be announced separately.
07Article 7. Limitation of Liability
① The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service failures. ② The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's fault. ③ The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information obtained through the Service. ④ The Company only serves as a mediator in disputes between users and is not directly responsible.
08Article 8. Service Termination
① Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying the Company. ② The Company may terminate membership without prior notice if a member violates these Terms. ③ If there are ongoing transactions, termination will be processed after those transactions are completed.
09Article 9. Dispute Resolution
① In the event of a dispute related to the use of the Service, the Company and the user shall endeavor to resolve the dispute through mutual consultation. ② If consultation is not reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with relevant laws. ③ Transaction-related disputes are handled in accordance with the Company's dispute resolution policy.
10Article 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
① The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and users. ② For disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service, lawsuits shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
